Prem has been an integral part of the HCL Group for over 3 decades since he first joined them as a Management Trainee. .
He is the Executive Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of HCL Infosystems Ltd. and the Director and Chief Mentor of HCL TalentCare Pvt. Ltd., a new initiative in HCL in the Talent space. He has a vast experience in HCL and outside that spans Healthcare, FMCG and Consulting space.
Prior to HCL, he was with Apollo Hospitals Group, as the Group CEO. Working closely with the Board, he was actively involved with the transformation agenda across Strategic Go to Market initiatives, Customer Experience, Strategic Partnerships and Globalization. .
Before joining Apollo Hospitals Group, Prem was the Senior Corporate Officer and President for HCL Technologies, leading Financial Services, Healthcare verticals along with strategic global leadership of customer proposition innovation, alliances and partnerships, as well as, expansion. He was one of the key business leaders for the Group, associated for over 30 years in various capacities from early 80’s across HCL Limited, HCL Frontline, Deutsche Software and HCL Technologies. He was also involved in a successful entrepreneurship venture that pioneered the global use of “PDA based CRM” in FMCG and Pharmaceuticals sectors.
Customer centricity and business excellence has been an area of passion for Prem. He has been instrumental in forging Global Partnerships that have resulted in creating value across borders.
Prem’s track record cuts across leading customer engagements and working with global companies, leading P&L and operations, as well as, leading innovation and new initiatives to build competitive edge in the business. He brings rich global exposure across various sectors with IT being core, Financial Services, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Healthcare.
In all of the above experiences, he has been a keen observer and talent mentor. A people person to the core, his doctoral research has been on talent development. It is this passion that got him actively involved with the World Economic Forum, where he was part of the Global Council on Talent Mobility and Diversity. .
He is a member of CII National Committee on Healthcare and helps contribute in shaping the agenda for the Healthcare sector. He is also a member of CII National Committee on Marketing. He was a member of CEOs Mission to the United States that coincided with the annual meeting of the U.S. – India Strategic Dialogue. He is a much sought after speaker in Industry circles and is on the Consultant panel of some global leaders.
He is a Charter Member and member of the Governing Council of TiE Chennai, involved with their various activities. He was one of the mentors of the TyE (TiE Young Entrepreneurs) Team which won “TiE 2013 Global Business Plan Competition” representing TiE Chennai. He has also been independently mentoring young entrepreneurs . A sports enthusiast, he has been associated with Cricket in various capacities and unconnected to sports he keenly follows politics. .

Sumit Bhattacharya is the Executive President, Strategic Businesses and Marketing of HCL Infosystems Ltd. As a senior member of the management team, Sumit is responsible for strategic new businesses and partnership opportunities for the company. He is also the functional head of all the marketing teams in HCL Infosystems.
Sumit is a proven business leader who brings a blue ocean thinking approach to market outreach, product management and customer experience. He has been associated with HCL Enterprise in various capacities across multiple businesses. He was one of the founding members of HCL BPO in 2001 and headed HCL’s Marketing function during the heady Hardware days of the late eighties. With a career spanning over 40 years, Sumit has been associated with the Indian and Global IT and ITeS industry for 25 years. He has worked in global organizations like Thorn-EMI and Xerox. He has also managed an entrepreneurial venture in the US. In the recent past, Sumit has been developing strategies and models focused on the deployment of Integrated Services to generate measurable and significant business impact and value for global as well as mid-sized enterprises. Prior to joining HCL Infosystems, Sumit was a Senior Vice President & Head of Global Marketing at Sutherland Global Services based in the US.
Sumit is an MBA from London Business School, and has been a key speaker and panelist in various industry forums and academic institutions. S G Murali is the Group Chief Financial Officer of HCL Infosystems Ltd. Murali is responsible for providing leadership to the Finance Team and support in formulating strategies to drive growth for the company. Murali oversees the Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Credit Control and certain other key initiatives led by the Finance Function.
He has a wealth of experience spanning over 29 years gained from working across diverse industries including Telecommunications and Infrastructure and managing large complex high growth businesses. Murali has a comprehensive 360 degree view of Finance having handled Strategic Planning and Implementation, Risk and Compliance Governance, Transformation and Change Management, Finance Planning and Corporate Finance amongst others.
Prior to joining HCL Infosystems, Murali was the Executive President and Chief Financial Officer at Tata Tele Services Ltd where he was overseeing Finance and Supply Chain Management functions. Kannika Sagar is the Chief People Officer, HCL Infosystems. She leads the People Strategy and its execution as the company builds further momentum on its Transformation pillars. Having started her career 21 years ago with HCL Infosystems as a Senior Management Trainee, Kannika is an acclaimed HR professional with over two decades of experience in Human Resources encompassing both internal business partnership and consulting roles across diverse industries such as Information Technology, FMCG, Consulting and Manufacturing.
Prior to joining HCL Infosystems, Kannika was working with Aon Hewitt as their ‘Head - Human Resources’ for the India consulting business. She was also the ‘Talent Lead’ for Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa consulting.
Kannika has done her PG Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. Kannika has an active interest in sports and was part of the Judo and basketball teams during her academic years.

Bimal is spearheading the business to become India’s leading value added distributor and plays a pivotal role in forming new alliances, building new channel and partner eco systems, which is a key part of HCL Infosystem’s growth strategy as new partnerships also garner warranty and break-fix services that enables growth in the services business.
Bimal is a versatile professional who has over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in building and managing businesses. Prior to HCL, Bimal was the Managing Director of PT. Ingram Micro, Indonesia and has also held key positions within the same organization. Bimal's key achievements among many include building strong teams including leadership teams to build businesses, setting up the Indonesian operation of Ingram Micro and making it successful. Bimal has also worked for Tulip India Limited, Hindustan Lever Limited and Usha Rectifier Corporation Limited. Bimal's diverse experience across industries further strengthens HCL’s distribution.
Bimal is an MBA from FMS Delhi and holds a Masters degree in Physics from Ravenshaw College, Orissa. Bimal is a sports enthusiast & a travel buff. He also plays club cricket & badminton.

Sutikshan Naithani is the Joint President – Consumer Distribution Business of HCL Infosystems Ltd. In his current role, Sutikshan is responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership of HCL Infosystems’ Distribution business and leads the company’s efforts towards becoming a dominant value added distribution partner in India.
He has over 25 years of rich experience in various business functions such as business strategy, sales and marketing, product planning & management and operations. He had worked in various industries including Telecom, Consumer Durables and FMCG. Earlier, Sutikshan had also played a pivotal role in single handedly creating and driving the Nokia distribution business for HCL from 1995 till 2003. Before re-joining HCL in January 2013, he was running his own entrepreneurial venture. Prior to this, he was associated with Samsung Electronics as a Country head for their Mobile Phone division, where he was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing Samsung as a premium aspirational brand in India. He has also worked with leading brands like BPL Sanyo and Dabur, where he began his career in 1989.
He is a graduate in commerce from University of Delhi and holds a master’s degree in Advertising & Public Relations.
