Mr. S Premkumar has been an integral part of the HCL Group for over three decades since he first joined as a Management Trainee. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of HCL Talent Care, a new initiative of the HCL Group in the Talent space. Prior to this, he was the Group CEO of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd., where he worked closely with the Board and was actively involved with the transformation agenda across Strategic Go-to-Market initiatives, Customer Experience, Strategic Partnerships and Globalization. His remarkable career spans over 30 years and he had also held important leadership positions at HCL, prior to Apollo Hospitals.
At HCL, he was one of the key business leaders for the Group and in his association of over 25 years he held leadership positions in HCL Limited, HCL Frontline and HCL Technologies. As the Senior Corporate Officer and President for HCL Technologies, he was leading Financial Services and Healthcare verticals along with strategic leadership of customer proposition innovation, alliances and partnerships as well as global expansion.
Mr. Premkumar is a member of CII National Committee on Healthcare and helps contribute in shaping the agenda for the Healthcare sector. He is also a member of CII National Committee on Marketing. He was a member of CEOs Mission to the United States that coincided with the annual meeting of the U.S-India Strategic Dialogue. He is a much sought after speaker in Industry circles and is on the Consultant panel of some global leaders.
Mr. Premkumar is a Charter Member and member of the Governing Council of TiE Chennai, involved with their various activities. He was one of the mentors of the TyE (TiE Young Entrepreneurs) Team which won “TiE 2013 Global Business Plan Competition” representing TiE Chennai. He has also been independently mentoring young entrepreneurs. A sports enthusiast, he has been associated with Cricket in various capacities and unconnected to sports he keenly follows politics.
Mr. Premkumar is a Master in Psychology. A peoples' person to the core, his doctoral research has been on talent development. It is this passion that got him actively involved with the World Economic Forum, where he was part of the Global Council on Talent Mobility and Diversity.

Harsh Chitale is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HCL Infosystems Ltd. He is responsible for the overall business strategy and operations of the organisation.
Harsh moved to HCL Infosystems after a successful stint in Honeywell Process Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Honeywell International Inc. where he led the business for the North and South America region. Earlier he was responsible for the Strategy and Global Marketing for Honeywell Process Solutions. At Honeywell, Harsh played a leading role in driving three strategic acquisitions of Honeywell Process Solutions in Europe and Canada.
Harsh brings a wealth of experience as a senior business leader with rich business management experience in both Indian and global companies. He has handled various large System Integration and Lifecycle services businesses.
Before moving to the US in 2006, Harsh was the MD and CEO, Honeywell Automation India Ltd. (HAIL) (erstwhile TATA Honeywell Ltd.) where he was responsible for building the System Integration and Lifecycle Services business in India. Subsequently, he has also served as a Vice Chairman of the board of HAIL for a period of 2 years.

J V Ramamurthy began his career as an aeronautical engineer with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd at the Avionics Design Bureau. On deputation he has enjoyed stints with INAS Integration Organization, MOD and later SAGEM-Cergy Pontoise, France on Flight Test Integration Rigs for DARIN, Jaguar (Display Attack Ranging Enterial Navigation) system.
He joined HCL Infosystems as Regional Customer Engineering Support Manager in 1988 and went on to head the company’s support services. In all his roles at HCL, with his keen insight and farsighted vision, he has re-engineered and redefined the business organization to optimally utilize its core strengths.
J V Ramamurthy holds an engineering degree in Electronics & Communications, from Guindy Engineering College, and a Master’s degree in Applied Electronics from the Madras Institute of Technology, both in Chennai. He has a very warm and down to earth personality. A man of few words, he believes in open door management policy. In February 2011, Rothin Bhattacharyya who holds the position of the Chief Strategy Officer, HCL Infosystems was given the responsibility of heading Marketing, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development. In his broader role, he will be actively involved in strategizing and planning new and innovative approaches to business to achieve corporate objectives.
Prior to joining HCL Infosystems, Rothin has worked with industry leaders like Siemens & KPMG in diverse geographies across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific starting his professional career in 1985. His experience includes running large global multi cultural organizations of 3000+ persons, strategy consulting and investment banking.
Rothin was also a member of the “National Steering Committee on Information Technology” constituted by the Govt. of India to advise Government on the development of IT in India.

With over 26 years of experience in various functions, Vivek is now the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Vivek joined HCL Infosystems in 1986 as a trainee engineer. Over the years, Vivek has been an integral part of the growth story of HCL Infosystems. He is credited with innovative HR initiatives that have made HCL among the best companies to work for year after year.
Vivek gained intricate knowledge of the business as he held various positions including Area Manager and Regional Manager out of Bangalore in System Support and Sales functions. From 1995 to 2001, Vivek was a part of the successful Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG) of the company that tracked and hunted down new business opportunities. Parallely Vivek was also involved in HR roles and functions for his excellent acumen for managing employees and their needs. Vivek was instrumental in successfully setting up the training and development centre in Hyderabad in 1995 within a very short deadline. His appointment as the Chief HRO was a natural progression when he took over the function in 2002.
Vivek initiated various innovative HR practices such as hiring a complete batch of non IT executives to bring in a fresh perspective and impetus to the business sales team. He introduced a new model of recruitment whereby HCL Infosystems tied up with state governments like the Government of Punjab. Such an arrangement also generated job opportunities for talented individuals from small towns. Vivek was also instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing a new and innovative structured training programme - the four dimensional framework for learning and training HCLites. The innovative programme married organizational needs with individual goals and needs. The programme is based on three strong learning platforms - iLearn - Technical & Domain trainings, iWin – Sales Training Academy and iLead - Leadership Development.

Bimal's key achievements among many include building strong teams including leadership teams to build businesses, setting up the Indonesian operation of Ingram Micro and making it successful. Earlier, Sutikshan had also played a pivotal role in single handedly creating and driving the Nokia distribution business for HCL from 1995 till 2003. Before re-joining HCL in January 2013, he was running his own entrepreneurial venture. Prior to this, he was associated with Samsung Electronics as a Country head for their Mobile Phone division, where he was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing Samsung as a premium aspirational brand in India. He has also worked with leading brands like BPL Sanyo and Dabur, where he began his career in 1989.

With over 27 years of diversified experience, APS has been instrumental in building and scaling many of HCL’s businesses successfully. Anand’s association with the IT industry began in 1983 with DCM Data Products and thereafter with various leading organizations like NIIT Technologies, CMS and Ferranti among others. He has also had entrepreneurial stints with NextGen Communications (now an RPG Company).
He has been associated with HCL Enterprise for a large part of his career, with more than 13 years at HCL Infosystems and 4 years at HCL Technologies. At HCL Infosystems, he led various geographies and key strategic initiatives, one among many being the SAP entry into the domestic market. At HCL Technologies, he managed large global alliances like Microsoft, EMC and IBM along with the applications business for India.
Anand is an avid golfer and his hobbies include reading and listening to Karnatik music. He is married to Sujata, a lawyer turned primary school teacher and they are blessed with a son, Anirudha and daughter Netra.
