Account Manager :

B.E. / B.Tech with a passion for selling and a "never say die" attitude. Account Management has been your forte for at least 5-8 years. You and your team will be spearheading HCL's tactical moves in the market.

Profile :
-Creation and Management of business in a professional manner so as to achieve business results while ensuring customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
-Account Management and Client Relationship.
-Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on technology, product knowledge and all other customer issues.
-Self and team development - Along with self development, ensures proper team development through effective planning, leading, organizing and controlling of information and group.
-Reporting - formal report making - daily, weekly, monthly and big deal reports.
-Team Review - Conducting a structured formal review of team members on a weekly basis, as well as, appraisal of team standing versus projections.
-Business Prediction - anticipation of happenings in advance for proper planning and accurate business forecast.
-Concern for administration - timely completion of paper work, adherence to company policies and cost conscious.
-Following the laws of citizenship.

Requisite Competencies :

-Having good knowledge of technology, products, market, competition and processes and work towards constant self-development.
-Having good analytical skills.
-Having good selling skills (communication, presentation, listening, negotiation, relationship management, people reading skills).
-Good Account Management Skills (networking skills).
-Good Consultative ability (patience, persuasive and planning).
-Good team management skills.
