Position Vacant : Management Trainee- HR

Job Description : The candidate would be required to handle all HR related activities from Recruitment to Retention, with emphasis on Recruitment & Selection. He would also be required to bring in improvements/ innovations in his work related area.

Candidate profile : Fresh MBA (HR)/ MA (Psychology)/ MSW from a premier Institute/ University, with strong functional knowledge, good networking and analytical skills. Prior experience of Recruitment in IT industry would be preferred.

Maximum Exp: 1 year
