The performances are the consummation of years of rigorous application and expert training - the fusion of body and mind makes each rendering truly world class - Indian traditions of driving the mind and body towards brilliance has created unique expressions of excellence.

Weekends @ hcl Informal dress wears, cleaning up the desk, outside lunches, evening get-togethers are just a part of the atmosphere on weekends.

	Sports @ hcl There is no dearth of Sachin/ Jammy/ Bhaji - you can find them all here in HCL - apparent in the cricket endeavors of our people - be it intra-organization or inter-organization. Their similarity to the Indian team was evident - beaten in the finals of the William Grants Tournament - but never losing the sporting spirit.
	The world of "Gosimma", we have brought in our vicinity itself, wondering what is it?? Encouragement to our very own Chin Lyang Lees' / Madhumitas' - nurturing the talent of table tennis makes not only the class players pursue their interests but also the amateurs in the field take a break.

Celebrations, frolic, carousing, quizzing are all ingrained in HCL. Be it a festival or commemorating one of us or applauding the team - we do it with a bang - just paint the town red.

- Quiz @ hcl Challenging our very own "Master Minds", it's a forum for enhancing the awareness and development of our people. Business, sports, culture, books - all in one with loads of fun and enjoyment - it's a perfect platform to "celebrate competition".

- Diwali @ hcl Candles and diyas - the brightness and lighting makes the surroundings sparkle. Add to this glow, the spirit and joy of our people - the place buzzes with laughter and happiness. Stalls, music, antakshiri, dance, mimicry - name it and we have it. The day actually celebrates "unity in diversity".

- X'mas & New Year's @ hcl Balloon, streamers, mistletoe, cookies, chocolates, cake, gifts, music, dance, gay and festivitiy. The advent of New Year is with togerness, resolutions, wishes, hopes and dreams of achieving the pinnacles of height.

- Applause @ hcl To commend the achievements of our people, we raise a toast to the achievers and have a frolicking party - celebrate each and every success/ joy/ happiness of our family - be it professional or personal. These rejoicing, reveling moments are not to be missed parties.

- Adventure @ hcl Activity-based training programs / self-development programs are exciting, enriching programs, but our bond goes beyond these programs. We as a family go to trips, outings, picnics, movies, river rafting - move away from the work environment, from the city towards nature - in the lush green environment to rekindle/ refresh our spirit. These adventurous trips help us strengthen our camaraderie.
