Billing and customer care: Complete system integration solution, involving the setting up of back-end billing system, front-end customer care system, and interface to the telecom switch. Solution included customisation of the LHS BSCS application.

LEADING WIRELINE SERVICE PROVIDER (INDIA)

Billing and customer care: Complete system integration solution, involving the setting up of back-end billing system, front-end customer care system, and interface to the telecom switches distributed throughout a major Indian state. Solution included customisation of the EHPT billing & customer care application. The customer was the first private sector licensee to offer basic telephony services in India.

INTERNATIONAL TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDER

EDI services: Complete system integration project for setting up Gateway Electronic Data Interchange System Implementation. Solution involved the location of suitable software, and the provision of EDI services through a variety of communication protocols.

Billing system for various types of international telecom traffic: Bespoke development of a turnkey application providing for the billing of services to domestic and international carriers. Telephone call data for a variety of telecom traffic such as voice, video, fax, telex etc was connected from multiple telecom switches.

License issue: Bespoke development of a solution covering the issue of Radio frequency licenses and type approval of telecom equipment.

Information strategy planning : Understanding long-term business plan and recommending appropriate IT strategy to meet the business objectives Integrated information system development: Developing integrated application software to cover all the requirements of a radio paging operator such as billing, stores, accounting, customer care, etc.

Implementation services: Participating in the implementation of a mainframe based telecom billing application for various international telecom operators.
