Network Consultancy & Implementation for Centralized Banking

This is a private sector Bank with more than 350 branches and extension counters spread all across the country.

This Bank wanted to set up a world class DATA Center for its Anywhere Banking operations and consolidation exercise. They had chosen HCL Infosystems as its Infrastructure partner. The order involved networking, security, facilities management and integration services beside some products and solutions. HCL Insys developed a complete wide area network solution including design, implementation and integration while connecting their 150 branches, regional offices and Head Office. The Virtual Private Network backbone setup of HCL Infinet is being used with Leased lines from BSNL/Private Telcos as the last mile link with ISDN as backup.

Role of HCL:

· Prepare RFP and BOM to help float tender for Networking
· Supply, installation, integration & testing network infrastructure
· Implementation of DATA Center and Network for DC & WAN
· Design and Implementation of mail & Security System
· Facilities Mgmt. for Total Network, Data center
